The Kitchen Thinker

Consider the Fork: A History of How We Cook and Eat is a new book by Bee Wilson, the columnist  'The Kitchen Thinker'  for The Sunday Telegraph's Stella magazine.
The book tells the stories of the evolution of the kirchen tools. Now a review of the Italian translation of the book appeared on Sunday 7 in "la Stampa - Tuttolibri".
